El espacio está compuesto por una zona de recepción con gran mostrador, al lado de la cual se encuentran el despacho principal, una sala ágil y una sala de reuniones. Todo ello dividido mediante mamparas de vidrio con carpinterías casi invisibles que permiten la conexión visual, transparencia y luminosidad propias de un espacio diáfano. La transparencia se hace latente también desde el exterior, siendo posible percibir desde la calle la totalidad de la atmósfera y los valores que ésta transmite.

En el interior, el alicatado cerámico emulando mármol natural es sin duda el protagonista. La continuidad de este revestimiento vertical a lo largo de dos de las salas, la combinación de sus patrones y el juego en su despieces reflejan el cuidado del detalle, así como la pureza y distinción que sugiere este material. El color negro, presente en el paramento frente al acceso y en las líneas principales remata la combinación, haciendo referencia a la identidad corporativa y aportando prestancia al conjunto.

En definitiva, el proyecto evidencia el estilo propio de este despacho profesional, una empresa cuya filosofía aboga por la exclusividad dentro del sector.

Sophistication, elegance and distinction mark the main lines of this project, the new headquarters of GRUPO ZAR Inmobiliaria, a professional office dedicated to providing all types of luxury real estate services and Official Home Service Partner of Levante CF.

The space is composed of a reception area with a large counter, next to which are the main office, an agile room and a meeting room. All of this is divided by glass partitions with almost invisible carpentry that allow the visual connection, transparency and luminosity of an open-plan space. Transparency is also latent from the outside, making it possible to perceive the entire atmosphere and the values it conveys from the street.

Inside, the ceramic tiling emulating natural marble is undoubtedly the protagonist. The continuity of this vertical cladding throughout two of the rooms, the combination of its patterns and the play of its cut-outs reflect the attention to detail, as well as the purity and distinction suggested by this material. The black colour, present on the facing in front of the entrance and in the main lines, finishes off the combination, making reference to the corporate identity and lending prestige to the whole.

In short, the project evidences the style of this professional office, a company whose philosophy advocates exclusivity within the sector.
