En pleno centro de Valencia encontramos la segunda residencia de una pareja amante de la ciudad de Valencia y sus festividades.

Una vivienda de 80m2 de planta con disposición achaflanada y cuyo objetivo principal consiste en exprimir cada centímetro de una vivienda inicialmente segmentada y oscura a una nueva, espaciosa, acogedora y luminosa.

Teniendo en cuenta las diagonales presentes en fachada y medianeras, la nueva distribución se genera a partir de un eje longitudinal que ramifica la vivienda dejando a un lado el salón comedor y la habitación principal y al otro la habitación de invitados, el baño, el lavadero y la cocina.

La madera de roble entonado es la protagonista desde el acceso. Acompaña toda la zona de paso y da la bienvenida al centro neurálgico de la casa, la cocina. Revestida con una textura marmoleada gris con detalles en vidrio fumé y una iluminación indirecta aporta un carácter singular y único a este proyecto. Abierta al salón comedor permite la comunicación visual de las dos áreas, siendo esta última, la parte sosegada y luminosa.

Este espacio vestido de un blanco sobrio invita a acceder a la habitación principal donde la piedra natural, el vidrio parson y la madera revisten el área de descanso y el vestidor.
Con ese mismo carácter se define el baño principal donde las piezas de gran formato de mármol carrara contrastan con líneas delgadas en negro. La percepción de este espacio se multiplica gracias a una ventana figurada de luz artificial y un espejo de grandes dimensiones.

La intervención finalmente consigue dotar a la vivienda de espacios amplios, luminosos, creando una atmósfera de tranquilidad y calidez que recorre cada estancia de la vivienda.

Right in the centre of Valencia we find the second residence of a couple who love the city of Valencia and its festivities.

An 80m2 flat with a chamfered layout whose main objective consists of squeezing every centimetre out of an initially segmented and dark dwelling into a new, spacious, welcoming and luminous one.

Taking into account the diagonals present in the façade and party walls, the new layout is generated from a longitudinal axis that branches off the dwelling, leaving the living-dining room and master bedroom on one side and the guest room, bathroom, laundry room and kitchen on the other.

The oak wood is the protagonist from the entrance. It accompanies the entire passageway and welcomes the nerve centre of the house, the kitchen. Covered with a grey marbled texture with details in smoked glass and indirect lighting, it gives this project a singular and unique character. Open to the living-dining room, it allows visual communication between the two areas, the latter being the calm and luminous part.

This space dressed in a sober white invites us to enter the master bedroom where natural stone, parson glass and wood clad the rest area and the dressing room.
The master bathroom is defined with the same character, where large-format pieces of carrara marble contrast with thin black lines. The perception of this space is multiplied thanks to a figurative window with artificial light and a large mirror.

The intervention finally manages to endow the dwelling with ample, luminous spaces, creating an atmosphere of tranquillity and warmth that runs through each room of the dwelling.
